Bullhouse East turns a big 1 this June!

Join us as we take part in the celebrations with our pals on Saturday 10th June 12 - 10pm. We’ll be bringing our bar with us to pour 2 fresh draft beers on Manderson Street amongst the craft and food stalls!

Enjoy an afternoon of the finest local food and drinks with gourmet burgers by Ballyboley Dexters, craft beer by Modest Beer and Echlinville’s premium whiskeys and gins.

A welcome G&T before enjoying a guided tour of the Echlinville Distillery. Hear about how they craft their spirits from the ground up and take in the sights, sounds and smells of Ireland’s first farm distillery.

Then relax in the stunning surroundings of the still house and ‘meet the makers’ from Modest Beer, Ballyboley Dexters and Echlinville who will talk you through their ethos while you sample their award winning products.

Once you’ve worked up an appetite, build your own gourmet burger freshly prepared on the barbeque and dressed to your liking.

Complete your Echlinville Experience with additional drinks from our bar, a visit to our Distillery Shop, Distiller’s Rest Café or a stroll around the Echlinville pathways.

Mike will talk you through five different cheeses from his shop, why he loves them and why he thinks they taste great with the Modest Beers that they’ve been paired with. We will of course be there to talk you through each of our beers and have a chat about all things Modest Beer!
